Why is the LITe program important? Our whole purpose here at PRBC is to disciple young people to live for the glory of God. Our LITe program is all about discipling our youth (ages 13 - 15) and teaching them what it means to live for Christ and lead others to Christ. In the last few years we've been seeing more of our campers wanting to return to camp as staff. The LITe program is vital in going deeper with them and helping them know what being a believer means and what being a summer staff looks like.
Why do we need LITe leaders? Our LITe leaders have an important role in mentoring these young teens and teaching them what it means to have a relationship with Christ and to lead like Christ did. We are looking for male and female LITe leaders who have a heart to disciple young people. LITe leaders do life with our LITes for a week and teach them practical and spiritual leadership skills.
