It's been awhile since we've given you a tour through the lower level, and wow have things changed! The walls are up, drywall is on, mudding and taping finished, and it's even painted! Almost Done the Drywall!

These guys have been hard at work all week and you can tell! The drywall is just about finished in the lower level - they are hoping to be done today (other than a few ceilings that need to wait for fridge/freezer unit installation). Trenching and Framing - Prayer Needed

The walls are up in the lower level and the guys are working on boxing in the furnace ducts now! Terry, Bruce and Araunah are also working on trenching in a water and phone line - they would appreciate prayer for safety as the sand likes to slide back down into the trench and they have a lot of things to work around (septic tank and line, electrical line, propane tank, etc). #PRBC #NewDiningHall #PrayerForSafety #Trenching #Framing

Moving a Water System

With winter on it's way sooner than we like once again, Bruce and Noah have been working on getting the water system moved out of the old log house. The only reason the house has been heated for quiet a few years now is because the camp water system still runs through the basement. With the new well up and running, the guys are working to re-do the water system with a well at either end of camp. This will allow us to negate the very old well (where all the current pipes run t

It’s been one busy place over here this week!!!! Just about everyone showed up at the same time for the last minute crunch to get our new kitchen functioning! Wildfires and Day Camps

God is sovereign. God is also good. Knowing that He is both at the same time is reassuring and comforting. Trusting in both His sovereignty and goodness brings peace in the middle of crazy circumstances and difficult times. This last week has been a week of uncertainty as we've been on alert for evacuation since Sunday night depending on which way the wind is blowing. Concrete Is Going In Today!
